By creating an account and using the CA Annual Reporting Portal ("Portal"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose of the Portal

The Portal is provided to assist users in collecting, organizing, and generating annual reporting information. The Portal is a reporting tool only and does not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, compliance advice, or certification of compliance.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all information entered into the Portal. Any reports generated by the Portal are based entirely upon information supplied by the user.

3. Compliance Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, accreditation, and institutional requirements. Use of the Portal does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, policy, reporting obligation, or legal requirement.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity occurring under their account. Users should immediately notify the Portal administrator if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

Users retain ownership of the information entered into the Portal. By using the Portal, users grant the Portal operator permission to store, process, display, and generate reports using the submitted information solely for the purpose of providing Portal services.

6. Availability

The Portal is provided on an "as available" basis. The Portal operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Portal operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Portal, including any errors or omissions in user-provided information or generated reports.

8. Termination

The Portal operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Portal for any user who violates these terms or uses the Portal in a manner that could harm the Portal, its users, or its operator.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Portal following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
